Is shipping included?

Yes, standard worldwide shipping is free. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Destination-specific delivery estimates start after dispatch and are listed in our shipping policy.

How can I track my order?

Your dispatch message contains tracking details. Allow up to 48 hours for the first carrier scan. If you need help, send your order number to support@hellovale.com.

What is the 60-day guarantee?

You can request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery. Contact us first for instructions and read our return conditions and costs. Legal consumer rights remain unaffected.

Are the pieces identical?

Natural grain and hand-applied finishing make small differences normal. The selected design and option determine what you order; the product page explains any design-specific variation.

Do the knife holders include knives?

Only the “Holder + knife set” option includes knives. “Holder only” contains no knives. Select both your character and set before adding to the cart. Knife sets are intended for adults aged 18 and over, subject to applicable verification and delivery rules.

Can I use the resin boards for food preparation?

They are collectible decorative display artwork unless a product description expressly states otherwise. Do not use them as food-preparation cutting surfaces. Follow the care information supplied with your piece.

Can I change an order?

Email us as soon as possible. We try to make changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee a change once the parcel has left. Your applicable cancellation and return rights remain available.
