How do I choose my design?
Choose one of the 21 designs from the options above. The gallery follows your selection so you can see the scene you are ordering.
How soon will my order leave?
The current designs are finished and in stock. We normally prepare orders within 1–2 business days, without a made-to-order production wait.
Is standard delivery included?
Yes. Standard worldwide shipping is free. We send tracking details after dispatch; delivery estimates are listed in our shipping policy.
What if it is not right for me?
You have 60 calendar days after delivery to request a return under our money-back guarantee. Contact support@hellovale.com before sending anything back; our returns policy explains the conditions and shipping costs.
Will the handmade details vary?
Your chosen design is the one we supply. Natural wood grain, hand-finishing and the way resin catches the light can create subtle differences between individual pieces.
